DevCon Midwest 2024
I spoke at DevCon Midwest 2024 about Trust at the Workplace!?!
In the Deep Dive session, attendees explored the ABCD Trust ModelTM. This model emphasizes trust and trustworthiness among colleagues, correlating these qualities with enhanced productivity and a more humane workplace.
Participants delved into four key elements:
- Able (demonstrate competence)
- Believable (act with integrity)
- Connected (care about others)
- Dependable (maintain reliability)
Through this interactive workshop, participants examined these elements and associated behaviors. They also considered cultural diversity within their teams, adapting the model accordingly. For more insights on this session, visit my blog on Trust at the Workplace!?!
“I attended the Trust at the Workplace!?! session at DevCon Midwest. The session was very informative and honestly my favorite session of the entire day. I will present some of the information to my team…”
